• Any other legitimate business interest or purpose that OFBank may deem necessary.

I agree that OFBank may provide my personal information or sensitive personal information, in the ordinary course of business, to the following parties for any of the purposes set out above:

• Any agent, contractor or third party service providers who provide relevant services to OFBank;
• Credit bureaus or credit reference agencies, and in the event of default, to debt collection agencies;
• Any regulatory, government, tax, law enforcement or other agencies or authorities, clearing houses for the purpose of complying with the laws, rules of regulations.
